It was a no pressure, upfront deal. There were no dealer add-ons or fees, except for the doc fee, which I think is illegitimate. All dealers charge this, but it should be negotiated off. Frank's doc fee is the lowest I have seen in this area. Overall, my purchase of a new vehicle was pleasant.
