I was having a problem with one of my tires. I went to the dealer to check to check it out. I didn’t have an appointment but they said to leave the car for them to check it. It wound up the tire pressure gauge had to be replaced. I was very impressed with the service I received.

The staff at Frank's are sincerely the best customer service team members I've ever delt with. Matt is the rep my husband and I work with and he goes beyond his duties. The experience was excellent from the moment we walked into the dealership to the moment we drove off in our new Yukon. Greeted by a super friendly receptionist. Met Mike Vetrano our salesperson. He made us comfortable and offered coffee and water. Then we went for a test drive. No pressure, no hard sales tactics. Just friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Got back to the dealership and was offered coffee and water again while we sat either Mike to go over the deal. Again, no haggling, no pressure. We put down a deposit the same night and finished all the details over the following week. I got the truck I wanted and a great experience buying it.
