My experiences before were terrible. They kept my car for days just to fix a motor for the driver window. And again, my rear camera wasn't working and I went back and forth about what needed to be done and they kept my car for 1 week for the camera. But my last experience I decided to wait for the car and I needed a battery, oil change, and tire rotation. They got me out rather quick. So this particular experience was great
